How do the Evolver Strategy software licensing program works?

How does the Evolver Strategy software minimize risk?

There are five possible scales of risk offered. The system is programmed to stop all activity in case maximum drawdown is reached, thus limiting potential loss risk to the amount specified in the particular setups. Please see Services to view all three scales of risk.

Am I required to have MT4 platform?

Yes. Currently our system operates on MT4 platform only.

Can you provide more information on your software?

What is the minimum amount I need to have to start using the Evolver strategy service?

Minimum account balance for the Evolver Strategy software licensing program is $10,000.00 with micro lot options offered by broker. If your broker does not offers micro lot option your minimum account balance should be based on the setup you choose. Please see Services for additional information.

Does your company have access to my money?

No, our company does not have access to your money and cannot transfer, deposit, or withdraw your funds. Your account stays under your control at all times.

Can I withdraw my money and close my account any time I want?

There is no time commitment on your part. You may withdraw (or add) funds to your account at any time. All fund transfers, deposits, or withdrawals are handled by your broker directly.

What is the software licensing fee for using Evolver Strategy?

Licensing fee is 30% on monthly net performance based on a high watermark basis. The implementation of a “high watermark” means that we only receive a performance fee when the value of a client’s investment is greater that its previous greatest value.

How will I pay for your services?

Every 1st of the month we will send you a detailed statement with indicated fee for our software licensing. If you set your account to pay with a credit card, your fee will be automatically deducted from your visa or master card. In addition, you have an option to pay your invoice using Paypal. The payment needs to be paid within 7 (seven) days. Wire transfer option is also available per your request.

What will happen with my trading account if I don’t pay you within 7 days?

All trading activities will be stopped and we cannot guarantee for any open transactions.

Am I responsible for setting up my account?

No, your account will be setup by our technical department. As soon as you place an order for Evolver licensing program, you can relax and let our developers do the rest.
